- Large Mail Slots are designed to be installed in 1/4 inch (6 millimeter) glazed metal entrance doors on commercial and industrial buildings. Their full radius corners make for easy glass cut-out and installation of slot. Concealed spring mechanism on flap keeps it closed securely, preventing infiltration of dirt, dust and water.
